A Group of Friends Build Their Own Town to Retire, Live and Grow Old Together

Ever wanted to live with your best friends forever? I am sure you did so making you want it more here is the story of 4 couple best friends who have been together for 20 years made their own little town so that they can retire, live and grow old together. They made four little houses closer to the environment that face the Llano River outside Austin. It’s called the ‘Llano Exit Strategy.

Matt Garcia planned these houses to be as feasible and eco-accommodating as could really be expected. They cost around $40,000 each. They have skewed rooftops with downpour barrels that can hold 5,000 gallons of water, intelligent dividers to keep out the blasting Texas desert intensity, and remarkable protected windows. Wooden insides minimize expenses and give the homes a warm, roomy inclination.

They have spent all their retirement plan on this dream town and visit it as often as they can.

A single house is 400 square foot which has a queen-sized bed, a couch, a bathroom and a porch.
